Rwandese nurses examine a new mother who needed a mastectomy after childbirth.  The woman had neglected a large tumor in her right breast for two years, claiming that it only began to hurt during the last months of her pregnancy.  The wound is so large that she will need a skin graft within a few weeks.  MSF supported Maternity Ward of the Ruhengeri Province Hospital; Ruhengeri province, Rwanda. 2005
